Confluence: A Collaboration

Perhaps one of the more anticipated shows this summer, Confluence gathers a massive array of top local talent to put together a quintessentially collaborative exhibit. Organized by Jason Hedges and Bhakti Baxter, the idea is to give the artists involved a chance to jettison their personal styles and interact organically to create original works. Highlights include Hedges and local collective Friends With You, Baxter and COOPER exchanging drawings, and David Rohn creating performances to respond to a word given to him by each artist in show. Also participating are Daniel Arsham, Hernan Bas, Robert Chambers, Westen Charles, Jason Ferguson, Jacin Giordano, Thomas Hollingworth, Jon Peck, Ali Prosch, and the TM Sisters.
