The challenge for them now is to remain cool and not let any of the dull witted "art world" idiots, curators and collectors crush their vitality.
For this I pray....Keep Your Cool

Congratulations, Tasha and Monica!

How very brave of the anonymous to make their comments.

"Pseudo hipster" is a compliment. The real ones are assholes, content to make scenes while contributing and knowing nothing.

A fan,

Bob

Congratulations! This is pretty amazing considering how young the TM Sisters are!

I know for a fact that they started doing productions, shows, venues, works, etc., even from their early days in high school. By the time they got to college they ALREADY had a very long CV of experiences that most college grads were yet to obtain. These girls have worked incredibly hard while others played, looked at their belly-buttons, tried to find themselves. Anyone knowing them well can attest to their kindness, grace, rigor, focus, motion, goal-setting, and well-timed implementation of wisely thought out plans. I find it quite amusing to see that there will always be narcissists wrapped up in their own empty and pious arrogance that have to sling some mud-balls at other peoples' successes. They cannot take the higher road of rejoicing in the wonderful attainments of others. What a sad and pitiful sight!

Meanwhile, your friends and family know that you gals are humble, kind, and always ready to give credit to where it is due plus you are not greedy with sharing your successes. You take other good souls with you. That sets you gals, very much, apart from the dross of the art world.

Peace to you,

Dr. Sam

Hey! being anonymous is hard work... yeah, so, at any rate, i stronly feel that if you knew anything about the TMs work, you would surely get that they have been engrained in making a full-on commentary about the very nature of... uh, i guess i must apologize for spelling that out, but some of the very articulate comments here, like "pseudo-hipster", deserve spoonfeeding. i think making the cover of such a overwhelmingly reputized (ok, i made that up) publication is clearly a testament to the doubled edge affect that they so subtly apply in the work, one piece after the other... for me seeing their work in the moskow biennial made this clear... that in the ocean of hipsterdom, they produced the very antithesis of it... i for one dig their pseudo-struggle;) con toda mi energia para las hnas.LdV, deseos de exito continuo, luis berrios negron en berlin (oops, i did it again, so much for my hard-earned anonimity).
